What's Needed for approval?

Generally speaking, here's what we look for in our in house, buy here pay here applicants:

1. On the job for at least 4 months.

2. Take home pay of at least $2,000, and can verify with paystubs, 1099's, bank statements, Gov't benefit letters, or other documentation (we can work with servers income).

3. Has lived in either Polk, or parts of Osceola, Orange, or Highlands counties for at least 1 year.

If you meet this criteria, please apply! We can likely help you. If you're a little short on any of the criteria, still apply and we will do everything we can to make a deal work. An increase in down payment may be needed.
