Sales & Collections Associate

We are seeking a candidate for a sales and collections associate. The position will help guide customer through the sales and financing approval including:
- Working incoming leads via our website/online ads, phone, and physical visits to the store.
- Assisting customer in providing necessary documentation for financing approval.
- Helping customer select a vehicle in approved range by providing information about vehicle, warranty, etc.
- Guiding customer through the closing process and providing explanation of forms customer is signing.
Additionally, the candidate will assist in collecting accounts with open vehicle loans. Examples Include:
- Taking payments from customers that were sent in online, over the phone, and in person, and entering those payments into software.
- Contacting delinquent customers via text message, phone, and by letter.
- Helping past due accounts find solutions to quickly bring their accounts current.
Finally, the candidate will help with day to day operations of the dealership. This may include transporting vehicles to repair shops, body shops, detail shops, etc.
Bilingual Preferred
Customer service history preferred (i.e. server, retail work, any customer facing position)
No Sales experience necessary. We will train you.
Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm and Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm.
Compensation:
$20.00-$26.44/hr based on qualifications and experience.
Benefits:
2 weeks paid vacation time
Health insurance available via United Healthcare
Up to 3% Retirement Matching through Simple IRA plan
